However, there are certain terms and conditions that apply as per the case.
- Your paid subscription fee will be refunded in case the issue is not resolved within a week of subscription date.
- In case your issue has been resolved and you tend to end the subscription earlier, there will be one-time technician fee ($49.99)
- However, if your multiple issues are resolved and you wish to end the subscription prior to 30-days completion, you will need to pay support charge ($99.99)
- In case at least one of your issues has been resolved; there would be no refund for incident based support.
- After availing our services, if you still file for a chargeback, your account becomes ineligible for receiving a refund.
- If you file a chargeback without asking for the refund, again your account gets ineligible for receiving the fund.
- The refund or credits for any charge will be paid in accordance with the time left for the subscription period.
For your credit card details, you can count on us, as we do not keep any record of your card or charge a single penny, without your prior consent.
Your feedback holds a great importance in our services enhancement. Therefore, after the provided assistance, your call is transferred to our feedback representative. In case, your feedback reflects unsatisfied services from our end, we will initiate an immediate refund. However, if you feel gratified with the provided assistance, we offer 7 days more warranty apart from the subscription period.
During those extended 7 days, if you encounter the same issue again, we provide the solution at free of cost. In case, we’re failed to provide the solution, you are entitled to a refund. However, the right to any change in the cancellation charge will be the sole decision of our Management.
